We(Nuo Ou) perform whole project quality control and the inspectors on behalf of client to carried out inspection as per client’s ITP.

>> Raw material arriving inspection including goods surface quality, quantity verify and randomly dimensional inspect.

>> Material cutting inspection as per client’s specification.

>> Reviewed WPS and welder ID prior to fabrication.

>> Penetration test process witness for butt weld and welded tee.

>> Pickling and passivation inspection for super duplex pipes after welding.

>> Pressure test process witness for header.

>> Cleanliness and roughness inspection after skid frame sandblasting.

>> Environment condition such as ambient temperature, humidity and dew point while painting.

>> Sandpaper rough inspect for each layer painting and DFT check for primer, intermediate and top coating.

>> Final H point assembly inspection after pressure vessel, header, RO piping, grating, handrail, bracket, ERI and accessory parts installed in according to general arrangement drawing provided by client.

>> Expediting as per client’s progress and coordinate with manufacturer.

>> Daily reports submitted and final MDR review.
