We(Nuo Ou) perform whole project quality control and the inspectors on behalf of client to carried out inspection as per client’s ITP .

>> Pre-inspection meeting with manufacturer to clear production content, detail inspection scope and inspection arrangement.

>> Raw material arriving inspection including goods surface quality, quantity verify and randomly dimensional inspect.

>> Material cutting inspection as per client’s specification.

>> Reviewed WPS and welder ID prior to fabrication.

>> Fabrication process inspection such as fit-up gap, root face quality of super duplex pipe and welding parameter monitor as per WPS.

>> Randomly visual inspection for welds to verify whether brushed work has been done for each welds layer and tack weld quality.

>> Calibration certificates validity date verify for inspection tools and test meter which to be used while inspection and test.

>> Dimensional inspection including general length, holes distance, diameter for pipes, wall thickness, flange size, flange horizontal and perpendicularity, pipes fit-up angle in according to client’s specification and related standard.

>> Penetration test process witness for butt weld and welded tee.

>> Pickling and passivation inspection for super duplex pipes after welding.

>> Pressure test process witness for header.

>> Cleanliness and roughness inspection after skid frame sandblasting.

>> Environment condition such as ambient temperature, humidity and dew point while painting.

>> Sandpaper rough inspect for each layer painting and DFT check for primer,intermediate and top coating.

>> Final H point assembly inspection after pressure vessel, header, RO piping, grating, handrail, bracket, ERI and accessory parts installed in according to general arrangement drawing provided by client.

>> Bolts tightness and torque inspection. Torque reports and alignment reports reviewed as per ITP specified.

>> Packaging inspection and truck loading witness.

>> Expediting as per client’s progress and coordinate with manufacturer.

>>  Punch list raised while non conformity issues were detected and push manufacturer to addressed them ASAP.

>> Daily reports submitted and final MDR review.
