Project quality management sample- Westlake EDC Furnace project

Project introduce: Westlake EDC project include 4 radiant modules, 2 convection modules. Total about 600tons structural steels, 200tons pipe coils. Qingdao NUO OU represents EPC: Linde Engineering Service Company to carry out fully project quality control at supplier factory: Ningbo Liantong Equipment Company. As one part of EPC project team, NUOOU carry out project control. The working scope is as below:

>> Take part in Pre-inspection meeting

>> Review structural, piping and refractory ITPs supplied by NBLTE

>> Review quality documents supplied by NBLTE such as hydro-test procedure, packing procedure, NDE procedure, finning procedure and so on

>> Raw materials incoming inspection according to ITP, drawings and standard requriement

>> Witness key testing, such as WPS qualification testing, bolt testing, hydro-testing, refractory APQ testing.

>> Carry out daily inspection according to ITPs specified such as fit-up inspection, visual welding inspection, coating inspection, refractory and finning inspection.

>> Review all quality reports and fabrication process documents submitted by supplier

>> Check project progress and compare it with project schedule, confirm the deviation and analyze the root cause with supplier, and notice client on time.

>> Close NCRs, punch list items, sign off all the documents during final inspection.
